The Canadian Red Cross provides Canadians with tools and skilled responders preparing for, responding to and recovering from disasters. Its thousands of volunteers across the country undergo training to be able to provide security and comfort during times of disaster and are able to offer assistance with: family reunification; emergency lodging, food and clothing; personal services; reception; and information.
