Seth Meyers, the host of Saturday Night Live’s Weekend Update, is set to host Stand Up For Kids, an annual fundraiser at The Winter Garden Theatre, on Oct. 27, to raise money for charitable agencies that assist youth at risk in Canada.
The event for Covenant House, Dixon Hall and The Robin Barhydt Rocks on Fund at the SickKids Foundation will also star Toronto’s Mike Wilmot and feature The Daily Show’s Lewis Black. Other stand-ups slated to perform include Irwin Barker, Kate Davis, Nikki Payne and Rob Pue.
Tickets range from $50 to $125 and are available through Ticketmaster (www.ticketmaster.ca).
